Sayers certified, 1970 built Hartley motorsailer. Fitted out by professional yacht builder for his own use (McMullen and Wing). Current owner has used the boat as an apartment when visiting Auckland on the 14m Hobsonville marina berth that can be purchased with it. Included in the sale is all the navigation equipment including: Furuno radar, Furuno GPS, colour plotter, Raytheon self steering plus remote, Raytheon wind instrumentation, 2 x compasses, VHF radio. 2 Helm stations, both equipped with: auto anchor, engine morse controls, instrumentation. Recently renewed upholstery matching throughout, recent new electric loo and system, h & c shower, cockpit shower, deck wash.
